ANKARA (AA) – Turkish swimmer Berkay Omer Ogretir won a gold medal at the 2022 Mediterranean Games on Tuesday.

Ogretir broke the tournament’s record after he clocked 1 minute, 0.3 seconds in the men’s 100m breaststroke final on Tuesday.

Another Turkish swimmer Emre Sakci won a silver medal by scoring 1:00.19.
