ANKARA (AA) – The Italian Serie A title race between AC Milan and reigning champions Inter Milan is heating up with only three weeks left in the fixture.

The Rossoneri beat Fiorentina 1-0 Sunday with a goal by Rafael Leao in the 82nd minute at San Siro Stadium while the Nerazzurri kept up their tireless chase with a 2-1 away win against Udinese in a week 35 match the same day.

Ivan Perisic in the 12th minute and Lautaro Martinez in the 39th minute scored for Inter Milan, while Udinese’s only goal came from Ignacio Pussetto in the 72nd minute at Friuli Stadium.

AC Milan, who have 77 points, lead runners-up Inter Milan by two points while Napoli follow them with 70 points in the standings.

Cagliari-Hellas Verona: 1-2

Napoli-Sassuolo: 6-1

Sampdoria-Genoa: 1-0

Spezia-SS Lazio: 3-4

Juventus-Venezia: 2-1

AC Milan-Fiorentina: 1-0

Udinese-Inter Milan: 1-2

AS Roma-Bologna: 0-0
