BANGUI, CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC — The cattle market, established 45 kilometers from Bangui, the capital of the Central African Republic, is a meeting point for herders from the Fulani ethnic group who come from countries such as Chad, Sudan and Cameroon for trade and animal trading.
